1.
Alarm clocks. Ha! We knew it! You evil bastard! Waking up to the sound of your alarm is disruptive to your circadian rhythm and can cause blood pressure issues. -
2.
Lawn mowing. A Swedish study revealed that its pollution can endanger your respiratory system and your health in general. So simply put, if your allergic cut grass is like kryptonite. -
3.
Flip-Flops. Sure they may look harmless, but they could potentially be responsible for several things. They give your feet no real defense against tick and other things, you could as well go barefoot. -
4.
Sitting. Sitting down for most of your day can be responsible for posture and joint problems. Also can give you hemorrhoids. -
5.
Showering too often. Taking a shower is good, but remember some of your bacteria are actually good for you, and cheap products are messing with your skin big time; meaning that your skin will go dry and be more prone to developing a rash or even skin diseases. -
6.
Cheap sunglasses. They don't cause harm by themselves (unless made from harmful materials) but cheap sunglasses won’t protect your eyes from harmful sun rays. -
7.
Backpacks. Kids these days have to carry a lot of books, fortunately you can store them in your locker (not all countries have those BTW), but still a heavy backpack can cause back pain or even deformations of the spine. -
8.
Burning candles. Sure, they smell nice and all, and they may get you into a great mood. They’re also a significant fire hazard, though, so be careful that the only thing burning will be your senses. -
9.
Zero gravity. It looks great, it even feels great, but is bad for your bones. No joke. Long exposure to zero gravity can make your bones brittle.
